Detailed Rules for Phones, IT and Digital Products

       l  Return and Repair Eligibility:

    Unconditional return within 30 days after the date of receipt

    Return due to quality issues within 30 days of the date of receipt

    Repair due to quality issues within 1 year of the date of receipt

Some products have different return policies and requirements. Refer to the product description page for more details. 


l  Notes:

1. 30-day unconditional return does not apply to graphics cards, earphones, CPUs, and mobile phones that are not in a re-sellable condition.

2. Gaming and software products that have license/activation information (including but not limited to serial numbers, activation codes, and CDKEYs) cannot be returned

3. Contact the Joybuy aftersales service team for mobile phones or products that require a software upgrade to function properly.

4. It is advisable to keep the original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of receipt.

5. 30-day unconditional return does not apply to SLR cameras as the original packaging cannot remain intact after opening.
