Detailed Rules for Computers and Accessories

      l  Return and Repair Eligibility: 

                     Unconditional return within 30 days after the date of receipt

                     Return due to quality issues within 30 days of the date of receipt

      Repair due to quality issues within 1 year of the date of receipt

l Notes: 

1. Joybuy cannot guarantee that all items are entirely as described on the website, as the manufacturer may change the packaging, place of production, and some accessories. Joybuy can only guarantee that all items are authentic, and are identical to those on sale in the current market

2. LCDs that have no more than three defective pixels are considered normal

3. A return is not allowed for items that have quality issues as a result of unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, water damage, modifications, or improper installation, or items with the label, device serial number, or security label torn or altered

4. A return is not allowed for failures arising from incorrect operation

5. Contact the Joybuy aftersales service team for products that require a software upgrade to function properly

6. Items are not allowed to be returned for a refund for no reason within 30 days if the windows system or office has been activated

7. It is advisable to keep the original packaging for at least 30 days from the date of receipt
