Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery times are as follows:
- Regions that have Joybuy logistics - JoyExpress: 1-2 days.
- Partnered logistics in United Kingdom: 2-5 business days.
- Partnered logistics in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-3 business days.
- Partnered logistics in Germany, France: 2-5 business days, the bulky item delivery in France may need 7 business days.

Delivery Procedure & Attempts
What happens if you’re not home during delivery?
- First Attempt: The carrier will try to deliver at the provided address.

If Unsuccessful: They will usually:
- Leave a notification card with instructions.
- Deliver to a Neighbor (in some areas/carriers).
- Take the parcel to a Nearby Pickup Point (e.g., a parcel locker). You will be informed of the location and can collect it there, usually within a specified number of days (e.g., 7 days).
- Second Attempt: For some carriers/services, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled automatically or upon your request through the tracking portal.
