How to Prepare
To use the new callback service once it launches:
- Please update your Joybuy app to the latest version after December 24, 2025.
- Go to contact customer service in the app and select “Request a Callback.”
- Provide your details and a brief description of your inquiry.
- Our agent will call you back as soon as possible, in the order requests are received.
