You can cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the 'Cancel' button will still be displayed, you can cancel the order yourself by going to 'My Orders', clicking on the relevant order you wish to cancel and simply confirming the pointed button as follows. Upon cancellation, your payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.
Note: Once the order has entered the shipping process, it's too late to cancel, the order status will be updated to "Shipped" and the "Cancel" button will be no longer available.You can apply after-sales request once the order is delivered.
