1. What payment method does Joybuy support?

2. Where can I find my invoice and download?
You can check your invoice once your order has been completed from the button as in below image. To prevent unnecessary waste for the environment, we will not provide paper invoice in the shipment. Instead, all your invoices will be generated and saved digitally in your Joybuy account along with each order.
3. If I use a voucher in an order, will Joybuy return the voucher once the refund process is completed?
As the use of coupons usually requires the satisfaction of a monetary threshold, if the customer cancels the entire order, the voucher will automatically be returned to the customer's Joybuy account. However, in the case of partial refunds, we need to refund the amount actually received and cannot split the voucher or provide cashback for the used coupons. 4. How fast will I get my money back?
Within 3 to 5 working days after we've processed your cancellation or refund. The arrival time varies slightly depending on the payment method. For example: refunds for 54 CB cards may take up to one month billing cycle, depending on the card issuer.
- For cancellation, you will receive your refund within 3 to 5 working days once the the order has been successfully cancelled (more details in Order Cancellation)
- For returns and refunds, we process your refund within 14 days from the date you return the items, so you should receive your refund within 3 to 5 working days of us processing your refund (more details in What is the return and refund period of my order?)
During major promotional periods, your refund may take a little longer to process than you're used to.
