1. Can anyone leave a product review?
Customers who have purchased orders can submit reviews through the order page after completing the order. Or simply click review button as shown on the image.
(Reviews that violate the platform's language policy may be restricted by the system and may not be submitted.)
2. Why does my product review not appear in the review section immediately after I submit it?
It takes 1-2 business days for the system to process the review. If your review is just a rating with no content, it will not be displayed even after it has been approved.
3. Are both positive and negative reviews displayed publicly?
Yes, Joybuy will not hide user reviews in any way, nor will it guide customers to delete bad reviews, all reviews will be displayed publicly to give customers a true reference. Reviews that violate the platform's language policy (see below) will not be displayed.
4. Why can't I leave a review / Why isn't my review displayed?
The following content that violates the platform's language policy of discourse cannot be displayed:
- Uncivilised speech: using abusive, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory language.
- Hate speech: Posting discriminatory remarks regarding race, gender, religion, region, etc.
- False Reviews: Posting false reviews or irrelevant words.
- Faking Reviews: Posting the same reviews repeatedly with a high frequency
5. What is "International Review"?
"International Review" gathers authentic product feedback from consumers around the world, offering you a more comprehensive reference perspective. Reviews marked with the "Verified Purchase" label indicate that the user has purchased the product through our platforms, including Joybuy and ochama. We have verified their purchase records to ensure the authenticity of these reviews.
