Mistake and Ineligible Returns
Please ensure that the correct and complete item is sent when making a return. Only upon receipt of the correct and eligible item can a refund be issued.
In the event that an item has been wrongly sent to Joybuy, please contact Joybuy customer support at your earliest convenience. Joybuy does not retain items that have been incorrectly shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee the retrieval of the item, and no compensation will be provided for any incorrectly returned items.
In addition to sending the correct item, you should also ensure that the product sent is in new and undamaged condition as you received it if you would like to cancel and return it within 30 days of delivery. For example, we sell certain products in unsealed boxes (e.g. mobile devices), as this is how we receive them. When returning these products to Joybuy, please ensure that they are sent in the same condition as when they were received by you, without affixing any seal.
We reserve the right to monitor customer return activity and take appropriate action (including, but not limited to, refusing refunds) if account abuse and/or activity in violation of our return policy mentioned here is detected. In the event of a return of an item other than that purchased, we may delay the refund to allow time for proper inspection or disposal of the item without compensation.
