Almost always. But of course it depends on the condition of your product be returned. In order to receive a full refund, it is important for you to confirm that the product you are returning is in its original condition and intact, with no damage or sign of use. Unless you find the product is damaged, faulty and not as described on delivery then you are absolutely entitled for a full refund.
We may consider the refund deduction for the below scenarios
- Returns not in accordance with Our Return Policy
- Mistake and Ineligible Returns
- If you pay extra for delivery or separate services (installation, recycling where applicable) other than the standard delivery method, we will deduct the associated costs from your refund
- If a prepaid return label is used but the order does not qualify for free return, we will not issue a refund, more details are explained in Return Exceptions
- Failed delivery for perishable products due to incorrect information entered by customer or unable to contact customer personally for several attempts, refunds or partial refunds are not supported.
- If you return only part of an order that you have applied for a return and refund on, or if you do not return a free gift that came with the returned item, we will have to reduce the refund. In this case, we will either refund the actual value of the returned items or reduce the value of the free gift, excluding delivery charges and vouchers.
