For Return Exceptions
Understandably, you cannot return the following items. It is important to note that the same exclusions apply to our return policy as for the right to cancel. The following products thus cannot be returned under our return policy (unless defective):
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery. For example, this includes beauty and skincare products (such as cube facial masks, creams, serums), menstrual products, dental care items, baby nappy changing and baby care products, hair removals and shavers, foot massagers, and other personal cleansing devices.
- For services, if you have agreed that performance may begin before the end of the cancellation period and the service has been fully performed, you lose your right to cancel once performance is completed.
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Opened or unsealed ambient food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products are non-returnable due to concerns regarding public health and safety and the specific nature of these goods.
- Products that deteriorates quickly - like flowers or food. For such perishable products, the right to cancel is lost once dispatched, even if rejected upon delivery due to a change of mind and no product defect.
- Digital content (e.g. MP3s, e-books, CD keys for game activation, software, etc.) that you have listened to/read/activated, etc. once, the right to cancel is lost once use has commenced with your explicit consent.
- A CD, DVD or software, if you break the seal on the wrapping
