We offer a free 30 day return policy on most products from the date of receipt of your order, you can request a return and refund from the order page (Submit After-sales Service Requests). Please ensure that the correct and complete item is returned, we will only be able to issue a refund once we have received the correct and eligible item.

If the assessment result is Refund-only, which means you don't need to return the products. It will then take approximately 24 hours for the refund request to be processed.
Normally the money will be returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days, the arrival time varies slightly depending on the payment method. For example: refunds for 54 CB cards may take up to one month billing cycle, depending on the card issuer.

If the assessment result is Return and Refund, you'll need to return your product. You have a further 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of the return decision, if you do not return the items within the 14 calendar days the return request will be closed. You will need to submit a new request if still want to return your order.
We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to be fully reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
