Once you have received your parcel and the order status shows as "Delivered", you can submit an after-sales request by following the instruction below.
1. Click the button next to the product to request service for a single product, or click the button on the order to request service for some or all of the products in the order. Once the service request is submitted, we will complete the review within 24 hours.
2. We have different return methods available for customers to choose from
- You can return your items at any drop-off location of our authorized return carrier
- Collection by our logistics partner at your preferred time slot
3. For the after-sales service status, can be checked from the Joybuy app - Me - Returns
If you don't see any drop-off points or would like to rearrange your collection, please contact our service team and we will definitely assist you further.
