Customers aren’t able to change the return method on their own.
If you’d like to switch between Pick-up and Drop-off, just reach out to our customer service team.
We’ll check whether your order meets the requirements and help update it for you.
Please note that:
- The return method can't be changed if the courier is already on the way to pick up your parcel.
- If you selected Drop-off, the return method can only be changed before you hand over the parcel at the drop-off point.
- Once the parcel has been dropped off, the return method can no longer be modified.
