You can reschedule your pick-up time only for return orders that are handled directly by Joybuy’s own courier team - JoyExpress. If your return is managed by an external logistics partner, the reschedule option will not be available.
How to reschedule your pick-up time:
- Log in to your Joybuy account.
- Go to Me > Returns and select your return order.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Select a new available time slot.
- Confirm your new pick-up time.
Please note:
- You can only reschedule one time.
- You can modify the pick-up time only (changing return method is not supported).
- Rescheduling is available only before the courier is on the way.
You’ll receive an email once your new pickup time has been successfully updated.
If you can’t see the Reschedule button:
- You may have already rescheduled once.
- The courier might already be on the way to pick up your return.
- Your return is handled by a partnered logistics.
