Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for the refund, and you will not incur any fees. You must return the goods to our specified address without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before this 14-day period expires.
We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Important Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed, goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed with others after delivery, sealed audio/video recordings or software if unsealed, and certain other specific cases as defined by law.
